Là một series tem nghệ thuật quốc tế do International Society of Postmasters phát hành, được thiết kế theo dạng album hệ thống để người chơi dễ sưu tầm và trưng bày. Bộ sưu tập này gói trọn tinh hoa hội họa qua tem bưu chính, vừa có giá trị thẩm mỹ vừa là tư liệu sinh động về các danh họa và tác phẩm nổi tiếng toàn cầu.
The Masterpieces of Fine Art Stamps được trình bày trong album bìa cứng sang trọng với gáy xoắn chắc chắn. Mỗi trang là một tác phẩm mỹ thuật thu nhỏ tái hiện kiệt tác hội họa, chân dung danh họa – đặt trên nền minh họa tinh xảo, kèm phần thuyết minh chi tiết về tác giả, tác phẩm và năm phát hành.
